When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.

If you have a registered account with From Morocco, you may check the status of your order online. Visit My Account, sign in to your account and click the ‘Order’ tab.

Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.

Domestic and International Shipping

Available Regions:
We ship both domestically within USA and internationally to various countries. Please check our list of serviced countries at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Domestic Standard Shipping: 5-10 days
  • International Standard Shipping: 6-12 days

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

From Morocco is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

From Morocco is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted. Ensure you've made your selections carefully, and don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for any product inquiries before placing your order.
